In some cases it may be illeagal due to house rules to jump but if not let us jump. I am one that can jump with a jump cue and not with a full length cue as the rules say. So I would love to jump and be able to make more shots and less fouls

Now I'm not saying dont have playoffs either. Playoffs should still take place but for bragging rights along with a trophie. Now with that being said, some people dont care about trophie's and what not but my thinking on this is if I pay money all session long I WANT my trophie. But the Best team threw the session should represent us at ltc! Give our area the best chance for vegas!

Many of us are in agreement that we want play pool to have fun. And when we began it was fun. BUT now, not so much. I use to feel that the league was great, the league operator(s) wanted you to have fun and wanted to listen to your suggestions and even those ugly complaints and concerns. And YET AGAIN, NOT SO MUCH.
MANY of us have voiced our concerns of what this league has become via phone, website, written complaints, national office, and even face to face. And it all seems to fall on deaf ears.
After 10 plus years in this league, I have decided to leave, this league. This is due to not having fun, any longer. I know of many people(teams) that are starting/feel the same way I do. This is due to: league management not listening to the concerns of the people. And these people are human and have feelings too. One day local management is going to wake up and these people may not be there, if management doesn't start listening or at minimum start to care again.
I hope for things to get better, but yet again, I have been hoping for a few years now. Until then, my years with apa will be over.
If anyone else would like to voice how they feel, please respond. Maybe, just maybe, someday management will read this and wake up before its to late and we can all go back to having fun and enjoying our night of pool.

Also, it is annoying when people get upset about their handicap going up!! I feel it is a complement. I have good sessions and bad sessions. When my handicap goes down I get called a "CHEATger". Some people can't except it when they go up. Learn and understand the way handicaps are figured. It's not that hard. Play pool, have fun no matter what your handicap!!
